Features

The machine is improved based on Model DPH-220 with higher intelligent and stable working. The machine can make 180 cuttings/min by dislocation cutting style which makes the client can save at least 35,000USD every year on packaging materials.

• The 10.4 inches Human Machine Interface is equipped on a moveable hanging arm which allows the operator can do easier and simpler operating. HMI also allows the operator connects with USB, Printer, data reader etc.
• The machine comes with auto lubrication system on forming station and cutting station which avoiding operators do manual lubrication before every batch of production.
• The mechanical transmission parts are installed inside the machine which makes the machine more clean and better looking.
• The maximum PVC unwinding diameter is increased by this model. The machine has been also equipped a PVC quick connecting station which saves a lot of time on PVC change over and increases production efficiency.

Printing Register System (Automatic Printing Registration)

• The machine adopts servo system for printing Registration which makes the printing of aluminium foil perfectly match the blister strip with high speed running.

Dual-Function Machine (Alu/Alu and Alu/PVC)

• The machine comes with two function which can make both alu/alu and alu/pvc by changing mould.
• Exchangging Alu/pvc and Alu Alu mould is simple and easy, just requires one set of mould. As Alu/Alu mould change over is as easy as Alu/PVC mould changing over which saves a lot of time and production spaces.
